Where do I update all of my personal information?
Under the Settings tab of your back office. Here you can update your personal information, your website information, and your billing information.
How do I upload my personal photo?
Hover your mouse over the photo in your web office and click on Change Photo.
How do I change my distributor id, I can’t find anywhere to do it in the Back Office?
You will need to contact Support to change that. They can be reached using the information in the "Need Help?" box located to the right.
How do I forward my email to go to my personal email?
Go to your email inbox in the Back Office, and click on Settings. Enter in the email you want it forwarded to, click the "Enabled" checkbox, and then "Submit" and you are good to go.
The name, phone number, or email displaying on my website are incorrect. I have changed my personal information, but the new info is still not updating to my main page!
Your personal information and display information are separate, and can be updated from separate locations in your web office. To change your personal contact information, go to Settings tab and select Account from the drop-down menu. To change your billing information, go to Settings tab and select Billing from the drop-down menu. To change your website display info, go to Settings and select Website from the drop-down menu, then edit the Personalization section by clicking the arrow icon next to VIEW, updating the appropriate fields, and clicking Save.
I am trying to update my address in my web office, but a window comes up saying that I need to enter a piece of information (such as a phone number) that is not even an option in the address update fields.
Your Back Office will not allow you to update your address until all required information has been provided. Since a phone number is required, you must update that section before updating your address. The phone number field is located on the same page where you are attempting to update your address—simply click on the arrow icon next to VIEW in the Phone section, update the phone number and Save, then proceed to update your address.
I am trying to update my billing information with a new credit card in my web office, but after I click on Save it still shows my old card.
Whenever you update your billing information with a new credit card you need to include the billing address with the submission, even if it is the same billing address you had with the old card. Enter new credit card information, enter the billing address as well (whether it is the same or different from the previous card address), and it should update successfully.
